But I need to be sure.
I'm ending my cut this week, and I'm serious about bulking correctly this time instead of just filling my mouth with Mcdonalds and carbs like I used to.
I used to eat around 3000 calories a day. Got my protein to my bw which was 160 grams the most and the rest fat and carbs, mostly carbs, and I still made awesome gains.
Now what I need to know is. If my 3000 calories are going to be 40/40/20 this time, will this make my gains slightly better than when it used to on a dirty bulk? Or is all this consuming 1.5+ protein per bw just hype?
