Hey everyone I am going to make a serving of chicken and rice be my pre workout meal, but I would like to cook it once for the week. How long is too long of it sitting in the refrigerator in tupperware?? If I cooked up a bunch on Sunday, do you guys think it would still be ok on say Friday? Thanks for any help!!!

I've seen credible sources state anywhere from a few days to a week. I go by the median, and cook enough ahead to last about 4 days. If it looks like there will be enough to last longer, as the above poster states, freeze it.
Smell isn't always a reliable indicator of viability; but if in doubt, throw it out. If you have ever had a real case of food poisoning (Lysteria, e-Coli, etc.) you won't ever need to be told this a second time.No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.
