Cliffs:
- Always been pretty tall and lanky
- Lifted on and off since high school
- little more serious in college but diet was horrible
- hurt my lower back really bad doing deads this past summer
- Started back up in the gym in September for my first bulk
Height 6' 2"
Starting weight - 195 lbs
Current weight - between 205 - 208
I've been eating between 3000 - 4000 cals a day. ~ 80% clean.
Please let me know what you think. What I need work on and if I should cut anytime soon. I was planning on bulking until the end of March and start cutting back cals and upping my cardio in April.

Ideally I'd like to be around 205-210lbs but at a lower body fat%. I'm still not even close to where I want to be. These are what I've been trying to accomplish during this bulk.
- I have one of those chests that caves in the middle so my inner/upper pec is undeveloped compared to the rest of my chest. Really trying to fill that out.
- I have a skinny ass neck
- My wheels are a work in progress but have seen some good gains in the past couple months
- Not happy about my back. Been staying away from deadlifts because of my back injury which I think is making it a lot tougher to improve the mass on my back.
thanks brah. i used to skip doing shoulders when I leisurely worked out in college lol. My shoulders have gotten a lot stronger since the start of this bulk.

Seeing the obliques trying to peak through! i am not trying to lose weight but i dont want to bulk either i just eat normal and workout hard may add some extra stuff here and there but, i do like a 10min warm up jog and it gets my blood going and my workouts seem to be much more effective then if i stab at them cold
