    are sandwiches good for cutting?

    i eat about 3 a day there 300 calories 25 g of protein and 10 g of fat. i dont have much choice of foods but thats pretty much what i eat for breakfest and lunch and a snack.

    I usually eat turkey sandwiches with multigrain bread, and I douse it in hot sauce for flavor, which has no calories. I never eat 3 sandwiches a day, but track your protein/fat/carbs and see if it works for you.
