Is it bad to eat like a big meal and then workout 30 minutes after? I couldn't fit my busy schedule so I have to workout 30 minutes after my dinner.

Nutritionally, it does not matter - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=123915821
You might be sluggish, or you might feel more energized. It's completely down to how your body handles the food. Try it and see."The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."

Since i've been home on winter break this is what i've been doing. 8am Wakeup, 830 6egg omlette w/ toast, 9 take my Jack3d, 930 get to gym and start lifting. That way i do'nt feel too full to lift but i have plenty of energy.
After the gym i take my shake and then within an hour ro so make another meal-Sweat all you can in training so you don't Bleed in battle.-
