With your character, I assume it's not a dramatic change, they just book you as a viscous goodguy type the heels fear, right? As opposed to the viscous badguy type that the heroes are brave against? (So, really, more of the work comes down to your opponent reacting to you the right way?).

I know wrestling isn't always logical at all times, but it seems like it'd be a stretch even for it if you were to change allegiances and suddenly start kissing babies and waving to all the fans while smiling happily.

yeah the cheesy, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, white meat babyface wouldn't work for me but the intense, ass kicking badass, Taz, Benoit, Samoa Joe type face might

If Swagger has charisma, I haven't seen it. He bores me. I don't think Swagger has a gimmick/character and that's one thing that's lacking from Pro Wrestling these days

Squat - 275x10, 295 x 8, 315 x 6, 335 x 4-5
Deadlift (stiff legged) 185x10-12, 205x8, 225x6, 235x4-5
Bench (incline Smith Machine) 275x10, 295x8, 315x6, 335x4

on heavy days

Light days I do alot of machine and cable exercises and stick to 12-20 reps (20-30 sec rest between sets)

Masters - Great body, lack of in ring ability and no personality
Virgil - Lackey for The Million $ Man and that's about it, he's a bit of a dick
DH Smith - Great guy, looks like a taller, leaner version of his dad. Should've kept him and Tyson Kidd together

too old now. Not only for fighting but to dedicate the time to train 8 hrs a day, cut weight and all that
