    who cares what people think, use it phaggot. The biggest guys in my gym (both amateur bbers) use them every leg day they have. One squats 500 x 3, parallel (he looks just like YG and ricky williams lulz, probably 15 pounds less than YG, same height)

    I just added them to my routine, it definitely gives a burn

    bottom line: it definitely seems like a useful exercise if u want complete leg development

    First time I did that **** as heavy as I could I got the single sorest I've ever been. It wasn't the kinda good feeling sore, it was holy **** I can barely walk I am in agonizing pain sore. The next week though I added like 2 weight stacks to it though lol.
