this is a pitbull. all u guys posting huge dogs like staffs, bullies, bandogs, have no clue what the **** you are talking about.
this is an American Pitbull terrier. and no it will not beat a cat of equal size for the reason that the pit will go for the neck (sounds great, huh?) but the cat just digs its back legs into it and its ****ed.
i used to see videos of dogo argentinos vs a puma but realized the ****ing pumas are in a cage and declawed. thats bull****.

If you fought a well trained pit, who was of proper size and fed well, you would lose unless you had a weapon.
ITT:People use their Tapout logic to debate a fight which is actually not as complicated as you *******s make it.
If you have ANY knowledge of how pits fight, you will know they do not slow down when wounded. A bobcat on the other hand would start getting weary due to blood loss/wounds. Yes bobcats are way faster, but once the pit grabs on it's game over. Good luck getting it to let go.
Neither animal would win 100% of the time, but the advantage would definitely go to the pit.

Most people in this thread probably wont ever understand what game dogs are capable of. I can tell you one thing, I never taught my dog to hate cats but its one of those natural things. A bobcat will be running up a tree if it sees a pit charging it.
That said the pitbull is definitely getting sliced badly but once it grabs a hold of the cat, good night sweet prince.49ers, Lakers, A's, Stanford

An 80lb pitbull isn't going to be a good fighting pit most of the time. The lighter, less bulky dog is better, you're looking 40-60lbs, maybe 70lbs absolute max. One of these overmuscled American Bully's would get straight up bro-raped by a fighting pit.
That said, the bobcat would bro-rape the fighting pit. I've heard antecdotally of this sort of fight happening with this exact result. Big cats (even 25-40lb ones) are very scary.
