Hey guys!
I have a few questions regarding my routine/ need some advice.
First off, i do HIIT cardio in the mornings after i wake up on tues/thurs with a rest day inbetween, but i also lift in the evenings. good/bad?
Also, for some reason no matter how hard i train my right bicep- it never seems to get any bigger (i always use free weights) and my left is considerably larger than it. are there any techniques i can use to equalise the size between both biceps?
I know im a novice but i really appreciate your help

i also have some symmetry issues and im trying to even them out now... i have been getting into all this mind/muscle connection and it seems to be working so far...
when ur training, really focus on the contraction and really control the muscle in ur mind... feel both sides and make sure they are gripping and moving the same way...
at home, maybe get in front of a mirror and practice flexing each muscle of ur body separately
as far as doing HIIT in the morning, thats fine as long as u still meet ur daily macro's... if u feel too fatigued from HIIT, u might wanna switch things around... (ie dont do it on legs day)
