I have a few questions regarding my routine/ need some advice.
First off, i do HIIT cardio in the mornings after i wake up on tues/thurs with a rest day inbetween, but i also lift in the evenings. good/bad?
Also, for some reason no matter how hard i train my right bicep- it never seems to get any bigger (i always use free weights) and my left is considerably larger than it. are there any techniques i can use to equalise the size between both biceps?
I know im a novice but i really appreciate your help
