Right now I work at a factory that manufacturers fiber cement siding but ill be changing jobs soon to a job that consist of filling orders on a warehouse because im trying to go back to school right and the shedule is much more freindly having a family and such.
Diet and workouts are always spot on.

Today im.going to get active. Not on the gym but im going on a 3.5 mile hike to check out some frozen waterfalls and stuff. Its always a cool sight and takes a lot out of you to climb around in the snow.

Yeah I've been over a few times. Looks good , ill be subbin!
I finally worked off another pound. I don't know why im having so many issues losing weight. I was blasting through and now its coming off slow. Diet is spot on and everything. I have a chest workout today and I plan to kill it!

Weight loss has its ebbs and flows. I wouldn't sweat it just yet. If it stays slow for a few weeks, then I'd look to switch something up.

Also keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat, so you could still be loosing fat and not loosing the weight due to the added muscle.
