Guys can teens easily build muscle while eating at maintenance while losing fat compared to middle aged 20+ or old people 35+?

From my personal experience op.
I was 16 kg's heavier ( 32+ pounds ) when I joined the gym.
Calorie deficit and lifting helped me cut all that chitty fat, on the plus side I still got noob gains.
You can recomp but it will result in less muscle gain and being a teen I feel you op, you should probably cut heavy and keep lifting. Please don't go below your BMR though, ( I did... for months and hit a plateau ).
Remember opie the muscle gains will be less ( depends on genetics? ) But loosing fat is worth it, and then you can bulk.
And if you are feeling hungry calculate and eat at maintenance, you will probably still loose fat as long as you workout
I recently started bulking after all this cut and its heavenly.
