TBH I think the reason I put the ethnicity outta ten is because I used to believe the OPs sentiments were not true. I still dont really know, I live in london so generally see alot of very decent looking females. However almost every british male who has ever traveled to america tells me the chicks are better looking there. And with the theory being that wider genetic pool often produces the most attractive there may be some truth in the OP's opinion.

OK, I have to point out that the VAST majority of those in the United States originally came from the UK (way back in their family tree).... soooo.. doesn't that mean that those few Brits that sailed over to (and formed) the U.S.A interbred to create the huge current U.S population. That's a hell of a lot of people from an originally small group..

Same goes for Australia only difference being that they were British convicts...
