Just wondering because the Misc is ridiculously homophobic. Just wondering if there are any good people on the Misc. One of my best friends is gay. I've seen him with his boyfriends (no sex'n) and it didn't bother me. Was weird at first but didn't bother me. I hang out with that **** all the time.

My last two jobs I was constantly around gay people. My boss was gay, and the second job one of the associates I worked with every day was gay.


The gay people I've been around are actually some of the funniest guys I've ever met.

A good friend of mine is gay. And hes not one of those insecure close gays. Hes a complete diva and proud of it. I knew him before he was gay, and I'm really proud to see what hes become. Hes being himself and loving it.

Being homophobic in todays society is pretty dumb IMO. in 10 years being a gay hater will be looked at as being a racist. People just need to grow up and accept that everybody is different and theyre not gonna conform to what you think is right or wrong.

My cousin used to be my best friend, until I found out he's gay. I don't hang out with him anymore. Not because he's homosexual, but because he went off the deep end with it: became gay stripper, accepts money for sexual favors from strangers, got into drugs, is always trying to hit us up for money, etc.
I've coincidentally had 2 gay roommates in the past 3 years, and they've been cool. But get them together in a room with a bunch of their gay friends and it's usually REALLY annoying.

edit: and YES, as an above poster said, he'll sometimes throw a party at our apartment, and he'll just invite over 7 girls. Works out reeeeal nice for me.
