    Order of exersizes

    I’ve heard different things

Compound exercises first, isolation exercises first

Got any tips on how to order the exercises/what works for you?

You really want the heaviest lifts first, which happen to always been the compound lifts. Compounds obviously hit the most muscles with the greatest amount of stress and as a result provide greater gains in strength and size. If you fatigue your triceps before you bench, you'll bench less and your chest and shoulders will be at a loss - same for different muscles.

you can use several diffrent methods,

for a normal routine you do compouds first, but some advanced routines call for prexhuastion which may have you do isolation first.
