Lactose free protein that taste good and has flavors?

I'm beginning to think I have a problem with dairy. I get very bloated and gassy when consuming it. I want to switch out my protein powder and see if that helps. I don't really want soy protein because of the controversy about soy. Is there anything else I can get that has a good taste and vanilla and chocolate flavored ones?

What controversy? Not a darn thing wrong with soy, or pea, or hemp....

Or you can get all of the protein you need by eating tuna, salmon, chicken, eggs, and beef.

Well there's been talk about soy causing problems in women....I have no problems with pea or hemp protein...or egg protein for that matter. I need a protein to put in some of these recipes I've found that use them that I would like to try. That's the only reason...oh and I like a good protein shake now and then too.

It's horsehocky. What's harmful to everyone is xenoestrogens. Those are manmade estrogen like substances that are in a lot of nonfood products.

This is my fave protein powder made from hemp and pea protein (lactose and soy free). It comes in chocolate and vanilla and it is really good!

Yeah soy is just awesome! It mimics female hormones in the body... and binds your thyroid hormones. Eat up! Great advice.

I used to drink ON.. and had the same problems.. as soon as I switched to Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide Whey (VERY LOW LACTOSE) my problem was solved. I've been using Myofusion a lot lately as well and no problems at all. Very good flavor too. Hope this helps
