I did a killer I mean a killer high rep biceps workout, 5 diff kinds of positions, and then a moderate tricep work out, but the the day after tomorrow my arms where really sore to the point that I couldn't stretch it out, unless I did it slowly, first time this happened, probably my best arm workout in a while, like I said my arms look smaller now! Especially my tris! What could of cause this? Don't say diet because lol you have no idea how good my diet is, 3500 clean cal, anyways I'm pretty worried, would they go back to normal size? Pls help a brother out

Do they look smaller or are they actually smaller? People swear they've lost size after they haven't worked out for a week, but the tape measure and other people beg to differ.
My guess is nothing has changed and you're overreacting to your body's various fluctuations it might deal with.-

I do as few exercises per body part as possible in a workout, but I go as heavy as I can and I get a good pump.
For triceps I do Narrow Bench Press then I superset pulldowns with overhead extensions on a pully with a rope attachement. Sick pump.
For biceps I do barbell curls and dumbbell curls after back day, so I will already warm them up with bent rows, chin ups.
Its possible you overtrained your arms and the muscle broke down and cant heal well. I would skip a week of arm training, eat a little more, get some fat in your diet, then go back to arms and training low reps, heavy weight to mix things up.Giving unwanted advice to gym goers for years.

You also have to understand that having enough glycogen in your muscles is the magic ingredient in a "pumped" look. If you lower carbs too much you will lower your ability to achieve a good pump.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
