…And did it with 80-lb chains.. No suit, no knee wraps, just guts and big ballz..
He’s an elite PLer (Raw and clean) .. Hell of a nice guy and very shy.. He coaches as well. Recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. This is actually his first time recording a training video.. I convinced him that he should spread his awesomeness to the world to inspire others.
It’s great to be in the company of other iron athletes / coaches in different disciplines because the exchange of information is always extremely beneficial.

Heck of a lift. Pretty gutsy too, considering it was outside a rack and no spotters.
Out of curiosity, what's his height/body weight? No brain, no gain.

He just got back from hanging out with Louie Simmons at Westside.
He is 5'6" and currently weighs 195-lbs. He competes in the 198-lb weight class. He said this was 'okay weight' for him.. He only had to bail out twice in his lifting career..
Good question on the no-spotter comment.. He's a pretty confident guy.. But knock on wood, if he ever feels the need to bail, he will have to sacrifice the equipment to save himself.. And powerlifters do not typically have this luxury that weightlifters have because they usually use iron plates and not bumpers..This above all..
