BULK!!! You are very thin with very little muscle mass.
What on earth makes you think you have anything to "cut"???
And with your stats, you are on the pretty low end of your healthy range.
Go on a nice LOOOONNGG bulk and gain some muscle mass.www.bikinisandbiceps.com

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

BULK! Of course, given the 2 options I'll pretty much always say bulk. For me, it's a lot more fun
You say you are fat but there is also a thing called "skinny fat"...you can be thin and still not look athletic and muscular.
Good luck with your lifting and don't be afraid to EAT to fuel your muscles!
