I keep resorting to eating pizza and I am so freaking hungry right now I just want to eat a jar of peanut butter. I need to get this weight off me so I can bulk or I'm going to be a fat ass. I just purchased 2 months supply of oxyelite and it helps kill hunger a little bit but I need something more powerful that will keep me straight. Any Ideas? Has anyone tried ECA? I heard it is the best, will it kill my hunger?

I had it for the longest time but I just don't anymore. I keep getting stressed out at work and come home and eat a pizza. I eat a pizza twice a week so results are slow and it feels like I'm never going to drop this weight. I was at 155 before christmas and I went up to 161 by the end of the holidays. I'm down at 158 now.

Don't put food that you are going to crave in your kitchen. Eat veggies. Drink more water. And also you CAN have a cheat meal. So say if you have a cheat meal on Sunday for Dinner. Make it through the week so you know when Sunday night comes around you can have your pizza. Its like a reward for getting through the week. Trust me. Its hard. Its hard because once you get done bulking and start cutting, you aren't use to it. Its very hard, but realize that its only for a little while.

i too had the same prob when i 1st started out 7 months ago, i would be running 4 mles and on the 5th mile i was thinking about a cheese steak and fries...the secret is eating multigrains and food that stops hunger pains like apples and potoes ect. load up on these til you get used to not feeling hungry. i thought my hunger was never going to go away but it has...just stay focused, if you made it this far then it aint too much to go.

I don't understand when people say they want to lose weight, but then they eat a bunch of fast food and ****. Eat vegetables, meats, fruits, whole grains. Keep your intake of simple carbs (sugars) low and exercise. Eat a bunch of small meals often to boost ur metabolism.
Caffeine/ephedrine will kill your appetite too, but you don't seem too dedicated to losing weight. Get your diet under control before you supplement.

Eat more veggies, eat a bag of baby carrots when you're hungry instead of the pizza. The whole bag will have like 200 calories tops and will fill you hell up.
Seriously get some psyllium husk fiber too. That **** gels and expands in your belly and fills you up. Plus you'll have the most amazing dumps ever. It. Is. Glorious.

Eat foods that are more satiating. Eat plenty of protein and when you have carbs, they should be complex carbs.
Try this for breakfast.
1 cup of scrambled egg beaters or whites -120 cal
1 slice of cheese for the eggs (optional) -60 cal
1 cup Oatmeal measured dry (or half cup) -300 cal
Total 480 calories
You shouldn't be to hungry after this for a while. Also, if you can just force yourself to stick to your diet for a few weeks, you should get used to the lower intake.
