    Biceps, triceps, etc.

My situation is I have always felt these particular areas of my physique had just been towed along by the benefit of compound lifts but never really isolated and cultivated in and of themselves (i.e ripped biceps with not just size but definition ), As well as those annoying pockets of fat that comprise the love handles.

But lets say ( since I am ) I wanted to target the biceps, triceps, and deltoids more than anything but obviously not abandon my core what would be the variables to mess around with? Weight ? # of sets ?

do i set aside another special day for upper arms ? do i fix it into the workout as it is now? i just really need help ascertaining as to which one is more conducive to growth
