wheels are a must but I didn't mention anything else cuz if ur looking to make ur car look better, wheels and tints r where to start. u cud always lower it and throw an exhaust on which can be cheap or very expensive with the exhaust.

Because most chips just dump more fuel into the engine, not actually tune it for better power and effeciancy.

    Catback dual exit exhaust: 400ish

    Full true duals system: 700+

Sell it and buy a c5 vette or e46 m3. Evo or sti wouldn't be bad either...

    Nice wheels are $$$$$ too.

If you think the stock wheels shape is okay, have them powdercoated black. Good powder coating has crazy depth and you can get all your wheels dark smoked metallic grey for the price of one wheel.

Lowering can be cheap or expensive, depending on if you cut your current springs, or buy new ones.

And tint is cheappp but make sure you go to a good shop so it doesnt peel off.

you can get wheels with tires from 1250 to 2000 for a pretty nice set. I'd recommend tinting the windows and tails to make it look like q younger car

Powdercoat the current ones is probably a better option for him if he had problems with 300 dollar exhaust.

save your money for a better car, drive this one for a while then sell it and buy something with better performance. You dont want to start dumping money into this slow ass car SRS. Don't be a tool like a kid with a stock civic, you could dump a lot of money into your v6 stang, but in the end its not worth it.
