After a long brake i started lifting again. So i dirty bulked from mid february until 1st May and i looked like this:

I use whey protein powder since years. Creatine, fish oil and multivitamins I only use since 3 weeks.

I didnt do cardio, at all.
However I was thinking about doing 10 min of HIIT before the workout (would that be advisable or is it a bad idea?) since Im struggling to go below 85 kg. I wish to reach 83 kg in the end or even lower.
Main lifts based on 1rm max:
112.5 kg bench
120 kg squat
150+ kg deadlift (quite low i know, I am pretty new to performing the proper deadlift form. I used to start from a standing position lulz)
80+ kg OHP
The most important thing for me is having a good form. I dont really care that much about the weights - and I think my body doesnt either.
DIET:
BMR: 1966.5 calories
TDEE: 2875 calories
Current: 2125 calories on off days, ~2500 calories or a bit less on workout days:
Protein: 169 g
Fat: 75g (but its usually less)
Carbs: fill in the rest of the calories (like 150-200)
