    3 month cut progress [ongoing]; whats my % bf now?

    After a long brake i started lifting again. So i dirty bulked from mid february until 1st May and i looked like this:











    Then i started my cut on the 1st May. Here are 2 pictures of the 11th July:

    SUPPLEMENTS:

    I use whey protein powder since years. Creatine, fish oil and multivitamins I only use since 3 weeks.



    Workout used during bulk phase:

    I didnt do cardio, at all.
    However I was thinking about doing 10 min of HIIT before the workout (would that be advisable or is it a bad idea?) since Im struggling to go below 85 kg. I wish to reach 83 kg in the end or even lower.



    Main lifts based on 1rm max:


    112.5 kg bench
    120 kg squat
    150+ kg deadlift (quite low i know, I am pretty new to performing the proper deadlift form. I used to start from a standing position lulz)
    80+ kg OHP


    The most important thing for me is having a good form. I dont really care that much about the weights - and I think my body doesnt either.



    DIET:


    BMR: 1966.5 calories
    TDEE: 2875 calories
    Current: 2125 calories on off days, ~2500 calories or a bit less on workout days:


    Protein: 169 g
    Fat: 75g (but its usually less)
    Carbs: fill in the rest of the calories (like 150-200)



    What do you guys think is my bodyfat percentage right now? I wanna reach 10 % and then enjoy a long and decent clean bulk phase.

    Can't really tell but my body fat percentage was estimated at 12%. so you can check my profile or gallery and compare. I think we are in the same boat. Congratz on your small progress .

    Hey! Yeah you are right, we are in fact about the same %bf. How far do you wanna go? I personally wish to drop to 10 % but its gonna be tough and takes a long time.
