For the past few months i have been noticing that im getting stronger and stronger on my incline bench, my flat bench is still growing a bit, but incline is going so much faster. My current 1RM on my flat bench is 90 kg, while my incline is 85 kg. I do work both equally. Honestly it has allways been like this, my flat bench only being 5-10 kg more, but now i feel like my flat bench is stalling. I do have strong shoulders, have done 70kg standing overhead press for 2 reps, and 30 kg dumbells for shoulder press 8 reps.
Should i start consentrating more on my flat bench? If so, does anyone have a good tip for me to increase it?
