    Question Shortness of Breath Tying Shoes

    Ok, I get very short winded walking up stairs, and tying my shoes. I have done very little cardio in 2010, but lifted weights on a regualr basis, I gained 5 inches to my stomach. I can run on the treadmill with no problems breathing. Curios why I get shortwinded with staris and tying my shoes. I am an ex-shmoker, quit March 1, 2007.
    And I also get a little winded if I sit back with my chin touching my chest (alomst toching my chest), this feeling is almost like I am forgetting to breath.

    Anyone have these problems.

    Do you bend at your knees or hip?
    If at hip, you may be compressing your diaphragm, also doing stairs if you bend your knees over your hip you may be restricting air flow.

    But hey im no doctor. Hope it helps a lil bit.

    the answer is, begin an ECA stack cycle + plenty of HIIT.

    be sure to replenish your electrolytes too, especially sodium.
