Ok, I get very short winded walking up stairs, and tying my shoes. I have done very little cardio in 2010, but lifted weights on a regualr basis, I gained 5 inches to my stomach. I can run on the treadmill with no problems breathing. Curios why I get shortwinded with staris and tying my shoes. I am an ex-shmoker, quit March 1, 2007.
And I also get a little winded if I sit back with my chin touching my chest (alomst toching my chest), this feeling is almost like I am forgetting to breath.
Anyone have these problems.

the answer is, begin an ECA stack cycle + plenty of HIIT.
be sure to replenish your electrolytes too, especially sodium."I'm Mr. Beast, the big bad Fenris wolf, I'm The-End-of-the-World-Man, wearing the flesh of fallen angels!" - Jack Lupino
