    Best Machine for Pecs

Free weights aren't really my thing. I never commit to reps or even know if I'm doing them properly. Machines, on the other hand, work really well for me and my new gym has two floorfuls of them.

Does anyone have an affective, pec-workout machine that's given them some good results on that front?

Uhh make free weights your friend and you'll be rewarded
But if you must, uses cables for Cable Crossovers.

Great, I was at least on the right road.

Do you just go for broke on the reps or is there any particular exercise?

My old gym's only had the 1990s one that had exactly one possible exercise (push forward) but some of the new ones have like 3-4 functions that can only confuse a newb like me.
