I have a 2 egg omlet with bacon and chedder every morning for bf. Should I be worried about my C ???

It is certified bad science that dietary cholesterol will give you cardiovascular disease. Eat as many eggs as you need -- I eat 7 a day, which is tame by some ketogenic dieters' standards. My blood work is fantastic as well -- Normal HDL and LDL levels, and extremely low triglycerides. My serum vitamin-D and testosterone have increased as well

I'm lucky to have an amazing grocery store nearby that sells antibiotic free grass fed meats and great pork. They have the most awesome pepper bacon ever. I eat 4 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon every morning and usually have eggs and bacon for dinner a couple nights a week too. It's definitely my favorite keto food.
