    which exercise works best to cut down belly fat and gain muscle as well, and arm exer

    Well the title cut me off, but I need to know which exercise is best for burning off belly fat and gain abs. Along with that which exercise is best for bulking up the arms, since I'm aiming to be my teams slugger for baseball next year. Oh yea and hi all I'm new to this place and this is my first post here =P

    alright. first, off i'm a nice person -- so i'll be nice before the mean people get here.


    You can't spot remove fat. To get abs you just have to lower fat percentage in general. do cardio. for instance, lift 3 days a week and on off days go hard on cardio. read the stickies too theyll tell you allll about it.

    uhmmm.. also supersets can help to burn more calories.

    overall, just eat healthy, do cardio, and workout. know what you put in your body. do some abs. theres no real secret. best of luck!

    Does arms strength translate to hitting power? I would think you would want to focus on legs, and back possibly.

    ive been working out for a few months now mainly on machines...but recently switched over to free weights... should i stick to my 3 day split that i got from the thread "do the splits!" Im doing the 3 way split intermediate... should i stick with that or switch over to that? or does it even matter lol
