    I reset the first 5 sets but holy **** the damn hex plates kept rolling either which way and I didn't want to injure myself. I went TnG for the remaining sets (even though that kind of defeats the point of speed DL's)

    Paused Bench

    ezpz

    DL's tired me so I wanted to do 8 or 10 sets of 3 with bench.

    I honestly didn't feel like sticking around for the row -> SLDL circuit until 12:30 am so I called it quits.

    I've done 545x5 555x3 and 565x2 all TNG but obv resetting is a little harder. :P

    Yeah this is the first time I've ran the routine in general. I'm glad next week it drops back down and then I add power shrugs.

    It's okay so far. I think the portion I'm at with the power shrugs and less speed deadlifts makes more sense.

    Honestly I think I will focus more on my squat/bench after. When my squat goes up my DL follows.
