Working back up. Felt good. I wanted to do some singles with 405 but I was at a gym without adjustable safeties and I generally get within half an inch from them.

I've done 545x5 555x3 and 565x2 all TNG but obv resetting is a little harder. :P
Yeah this is the first time I've ran the routine in general. I'm glad next week it drops back down and then I add power shrugs.
