    Weightlifting shoes and cardio

For those of you who wear weightlifting shoes: when you warm up on a cardio machine, do you wear your weightlifting shoes on it or do you wear normal shoes and change shoes once you're done?

    Thanks.

I avoid the treadmill when wearing squat shoes; but I don't change out to use an elliptical, rower, stationary bike, or box jumps.

I agree, treadmill (running and sprinting) requires a trainer. I would personally argue against plyo such as box jumps in WL shoes.....IMO these should be done with a basic trainer but see how it goes for you the main principle is bring some trainers with you if you want to do a cardio machine warmup (not necessary AT ALL, so many other ways of warming up).

IMO do cardio on it's own days...saves you the hassle of carrying around a shoe-shop in your bags.
