So me(James) and Mike from outlaw strenght are starting our training for the raw nationals next year. I started yesterday hoping that mike is better to start today. With both of us fat and out of shape. The program starts with squat day. Heres how it went.
Manta ray squats: bar for 10, 100 for 10, 150 for 10, 200 for 10, 250 for 10, and 300 for 6. Thats ass to calfs. Lower then im use to squating. But all about form not weight.
Farmer walk shruggs. Just used the farmer walks to do the sruggs. 5 sets of 20. No weight added.
Farmer walk one arm deadlift. Did the bar for 1010 then added 20 lbs and 3 sets of 10.
Reverse hypers. Bar for 10, 20 for 10, and 3 sets if 10455 with 50.
Ab ball with purple bands 3and sets of 25.
Leg curls 45 for 15, 70 for 2 sets of 15. 55 for 10.
Calf raises. 45 for 15, and 4 sets of 905 for 15.
Shins 10 for 15 and 20 for 4 sets of 15.
Idk what we are doing today. Mike is training me and hasnt told me yet. Let me know what you guys think
Well rest day today. Hitting upper body tomorrow. And squating and deadlifts against the bands on friday. Kinda getting into ut slow. Might try a novice strongman meet next month. We will see if im ready before tge deadline
Well hit some banboo bench press today. Worked up to like 123 for 15. First time ever doing these. I must say i loved them. Then we did tricept workout with the bench kinda like benching with boards. Worked up to 275 with close grip. Might workout tomorrow but might be done for week. Just kill some legs monday. Ill let you know
