Nothing so bad other than even if it works well for you, as in no bad crash, tolerance builds relatively quickly. Other than that I view it as one of the better legal stims currently available.

I don't overdose it, but almost every 1,3 product causes a major crash and mood change for me. The only product that didn't was spirodex which is no longer the case. I still feel like ass after it...at just ONE pill. Black Cats at ONE pill causes this.

Its far far from just people w/ ED issues. There is a huge thread started by me w/ tons of people talking side effects.

That cycle might work for you but personally I go a just a tad bit longer on my off cycle. If you are dosing 1,3-DMAA on its own, make sure to see where your tolerance is at. I find that over 50mg to be too much for me. I'm fine with 25mg or lower.

Shouldnt make a difference if you were taking 1,3-DMAA by itself or from a pre-workout supplement. If your body can fully recover from the stimulants in 2 weeks then you're good to go. But like I said, I prefer to go just a bit longer.
