Happy New Year everyone! This is an exciting time of the year.
I'm trying to get back into good shape. Last year I got married in the summer and was in great shape, but then I took a few months off from going to the gym. Currently, I'm trying to break back into it and am going back to the gym.
I'm going to start off easy and the past few weeks I've been doing the lightest weight I can (30 lbs.) for each exercise to gradually work my way up to lift heavy in the spring.
Does this sound like a good plan?
