Your arm fat may decrease, thus making your arms 'smaller'. But 20 inch biceps arent very impressive when they are fat. I would not worry about such things, cut to where you want and if your arms end up looking to small, make them larger, with muscle.

    Good luck,

Also, when they're cut they seems much bigger than before since they're more defined.

If you do it right the only size decrease will be from fat loss. Your lean muscle circumference might even go up.

14 inch diced arm > 15 inch bulky arm.

Even if you do happen to lose an inch...no biggie. Fat gone and more muscle/definition present.

I lost a total of 50 pounds which led to losing a full inch on my arms, but I have to admit my arms look a lot nicer now than before.

"Fatceps" don't look good. Don't ever delude yourself into thinking otherwise.

I loose a good inch by the time I'm done dieting but I look better, maybe even a little bigger.
