I like you workout routine. I have one question on your leg days light vs heavy do you follow the same workout?
Good deal, it has definitely been pretty nice so far! As far as my leg training..
Heavy days look something like this:
Squats 5-6 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Lying Leg Curls 3 sets
Light days can vary but as an example:
Leg Press 8 sets
Seated Leg Curls 10
Leg Extensions 2-3
Lunges 1-3 sets
Of course depending on my energy level etc for a particular day things can vary but the Heavy days are 6-10 reps per set and the Light days are 12-15 reps per set.
A couple days ago I did 10 sets Leg Press and 10 sets Seated Leg Curl for my Light workout, all at 15 reps so that is 300 reps in a session...definitely a nice burn!

Watching Short Shorts was awesome! DOMS in my legs right now, but it makes me want back in there to train them again NOW! Great work Josh!
Right on buddy! More to come!

No problem. If you think this is about supplements I encourage you to watch Episode 4 as many times as needed until you feel otherwise. In the meantime I will work towards my goals and help others with theirs!

Nice video Josh. Those suspended pullups/rows at the end look interesting. I've done something similar with my feet on the ground in a smith machine. I'll have to try it with my feet up though.

Since there typically isn't a whole lot of variety to hit the lats (pulldowns, pullups), Rack Chins are a nice way to mix it up.
