Hi guys , me and my boy Dario recorded a couple of exercises doing our chest session yesterday. Nothing spectacular but still... Anyway , Ive been bodybuilding for 8 months now. I started weighting at 5'10 155lbs and was close to anorexia. Over the 8 months of training + good dieting i took a nice 55+lbs of muscle. I grew so fast that i have stretch marks on the side of my pecs and in the back close to my lats. I consider those like trophies for working really hard. I am currently trained by a IFBB Pro. He makes all my training programs and diets and we train together 1 time a week. Also , i am 16 years old. This is just the beginning of a long road...

By the way , before those Incline dumbbell presses i already had done 4 sets of heavy Incline Bench press. If i start with incline dumbbell pressing i can hit much more weight.
Here is my youtube channel with other videos of me and my friend :

"People are always looking for an edge. A way to get better. Better than somebody else. Yet, instead of putting in the simple work and dedication, they try to find a way to get a quick fix. Simplicity works. Not the fancy Muscle-Tech hype or the lies you read in the Muscle Magazines. Just keep it simple, and work hard - Everything you want will follow."

Very nice progress.
However, the youtube video's description is a little off:
He started bodybuilding about 8 months ago and has already gained 55 pounds of lean body mass! Crazy!

I'm really skeptical of 5'10" at 205lbs at 11%. I can't judge BF from your video, but one of those numbers really doesn't make sense. You would be huge with those stats.
For example:
This guy is nearly identical to your stats at 5'10" at 205lbs at 10%:

Nice work, no doubt, though.

It was pointed out you don't do the full ROM and you countered with a statement saying you did them "perfectly". Also, 55lbs LBM is IMPOSSIBLE in 8 months, especially natty.
Good progress, but don't be so cocky.ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

they were not done perfectly, i touch my chest with them editAs i would do with flat benching as well), full range of motion, more burn, slow neg on last rep, drop set and repeat. 90 degrees should be done with DB shoulder pressing, going past 90 will cause your chest to be worked and wont be focused mainly on the shoulder, as i was told.

I like that range of motion on my incline, if you notice, try touching your upper chest and notice that your upper chest contract only from 90 degree to like 140 degree, then under 90 and over 140 degree is mostly shoulder and tris.
But why is your elbow so far out?
Try touching your upper chest again and figure the right elbow wideness, cus it looks like your working your front delts more...
and for the cable flys, watch your vids carefully when you open up your arm your using your chest then it looks like it pops to using your shoulder.
So i suggest try to lean down a bit, or have your hand a lil bit more downward, and down turn your wrist as it widen.
Tips, just from turning wrist movement, can lead to different muscle movement.
I used to be an animation student to i notice body part movement alot.. ;P

55+lbs lean mass natural in 8 months. dream on...
you DO realize that if you would have added LEAN MASS and lets say you had 11% bodyfat at 155 (you said it was ur own bf) and did put on 55lbs lean mass this would mean 155x11%= 17,05 -> 17,05/210 = 8% which you are far from....
Edit: And why wouldnt he be not natural.... imo hes not big at all? Looks like a lot of fat to me + you ever saw babyslayer? how HUGE he was with 16?...Last edited by shotgun85; 01-04-2011 at 08:57 AM.
