Hey guys,
I'm tired of chicken, seriously.. Also it's damn expensive, I don't have money for that ****, instead I like to drink milk and eat greek yogurt..
But anyway, HERE'S THE QUESTION: Is egg protein (just) as good as eating chicken?
Also, I checked its amino acid profile out, it says: 6.8 grams of leucine /100 grams of egg whites.. WTF?
I'd really appreciate any help brahs

Protein is protein, brah. If you get 50g from eggs or 50g from chicken, you still get 50g of protein. There's always a calorie to protein ratio you should look into. Chicken is not expensive. If you buy a large tray in the poultry section and freeze what you don't use its fairly cheap. If you're looking to get protein from eggs you'll be taking in a higher calorie to protein ratio which if you're trying to meet a certain calorie amount per day I suggest chicken.

also, try variety. instead of eating chicken until your face melts, mix it up. add bacon, or an egg, or both. switch to ham for a bit, or beef.
utilize every source of protein you enjoy into your diet. remember, variety and moderation are key
(moderation of each source means you don't get sick of them as quickly)
