Controlled Labs AM/PM REDuction Shots Initial Taste Ratings

Initial Thoughts on Taste/Effectiveness:
AM Shot – Sour Apple – Enjoy the taste of this. Also, it cuts out my cravings, which may or may not be a good thing when I have to eat my breakfast. I find that I’m not really hungry for about one hour after I take this, which would benefit some empty stomach cardio sessions for sure. Does not taste like the Green Magnitude, I think it's actually not as sour, may just be how I'm mixing it with the water at this point, but I'll play with the levels of H2O to find that balance. Mixed it with some Green Mag for a morning cardio session a few days ago and it tasted pretty damn fantastic, just a heads up for all you GM users.

Rating: 9.5/10 - If it tasted EXACTLY like Green Mag, I'd give it a 10, tastes great mixed with a pre-workout (if you workout in the a.m.), tastes fine by itself too. This mixes great as well, no free floating masses of junk with 1.5-2 oz. of water with the 2 scoops, good deal

PM Shot – Apple Cinnamon – Honestly not a huge fan of this flavor. Reminds me of something, yet I can’t quite put my finger on it just yet. It’s not bad, just don’t enjoy the taste too much. However, it does seem to help a little with my cravings, which helps me to sleep a little better. I get real hungry at night, I’ve taken this about 2 times now and it does help out with that, so I’m happy so far. I actually mixed this in with some BC+EAA powder and it tasted great, so if you're mixing this with stuff it doesn't overpower the mixture, which is good. By itself I have a feeling it is a flavor I'll get used to and probably enjoy, just not used to Apple Cinnamon as a supplement flavor just yet.

Rating: 8/10 - Like I said above, it's not bad, just may take a little bit to get used to. I've slept pretty well the few times I've taken it so far. Really like not having to drink a lot to get it down too, I have been doing the 2.5 scoops in about 2 ounces of water, mixes great, no particles floating around.

I'm a fan of the am shot, really like it before my workouts to be honest, and the apple cinnamon tasted great last night after eating about 6 boiled eggs for my pre-bed snack
