    Cutting / Question

    Hey Guys,

I'm 16 y/o, about 5'5 and currently at about 13-14% (maybe 15%) bodyfat. I've built some good muscle over the past ~10 months. Just a few days ago I started a cut in order to get more definition in my muscles (arms, pecs, etc.), vascularity and also improve my sixpack. But I have some concerns about my cardio routine, which I will follow everyday until I achieve my goal.
Here's how I do it (with a treadmill): 55 seconds of running at maximum speed (10mph) followed by 25 pushups immediately. I repeat this cycle 5 times with no rest, and by then I'm completely exhausted.

I'm hoping to get results similar to HIIT training from this. What do you think? Will I go catabolic? How long should it take me to get down to 10%? What will vascularity look like at 10%? Any feedback and thoughts are appreciated.

You should keep bulking. Don't cut, you're too young, and you're metabolism is way too fast. Eat lots of food and work out like crazy. GET SWOLE!

    Eat lift and grow.

And no, you wouldn't go catabolic from that. Btw, fat loss is 90% diet and doing cardio 7 days a week is totally unnecessary. I typically only do 3-4 cardio days a well when cutting, same as when I'm bulking. Cals in vs cals out, but it's very doubtful you have enough mass to cut right now.

A cut? To what? Skin and bones? You weigh 135.

How do you think you're going to look at 120?
