Hey Guys,
I'm 16 y/o, about 5'5 and currently at about 13-14% (maybe 15%) bodyfat. I've built some good muscle over the past ~10 months. Just a few days ago I started a cut in order to get more definition in my muscles (arms, pecs, etc.), vascularity and also improve my sixpack. But I have some concerns about my cardio routine, which I will follow everyday until I achieve my goal.
Here's how I do it (with a treadmill): 55 seconds of running at maximum speed (10mph) followed by 25 pushups immediately. I repeat this cycle 5 times with no rest, and by then I'm completely exhausted.
I'm hoping to get results similar to HIIT training from this. What do you think? Will I go catabolic? How long should it take me to get down to 10%? What will vascularity look like at 10%? Any feedback and thoughts are appreciated.

Eat lift and grow.
And no, you wouldn't go catabolic from that. Btw, fat loss is 90% diet and doing cardio 7 days a week is totally unnecessary. I typically only do 3-4 cardio days a well when cutting, same as when I'm bulking. Cals in vs cals out, but it's very doubtful you have enough mass to cut right now.Powerlifter convert.
