    bb and db tricep exercises? please help

    I usually use the gym at college, but i am on a break for the next 2-3 weeks so i wont be able to go to the college gym. i have dumbbells and a EZ bar at home. what tricep routine can i do with that equipment?

    also if anyone has the time what can i do for a back workout with just dymbbells and a ezbar?

    Have you checked into the possibility of getting a summer pass at the local YMCA. Most of them offer a reduced rate for those who are on summer break from college. We would need to know the amount of weight you have to work with such as 5 to 100 lb. dumbbells and amount in plates in order to give opinions.

    i have an decent amount of weight, i aint a massive guy so i dont lift a crazy amount. i just want some exercises to do. i no i can do kickbacks and lying tricep extensions. but what else.

    also what can i do for back?

    na i cant

    i am only going back for 2 weeks then i have finished college. anyways, i worked my tri's yesterday. i did 4 sets of lying tricep extensions. i love this exercise, i rarely do it but i think it is the best.

    i did 3 sets of kick backs
    3 sets of seated tricep extensions.
