Easily possible.
I didn't know sh*t about gains until I joined the misc about a year ago (ironic huh?) I used to just work out and eat whatever or nothing at all and expect gains.
Then I started listening to people advice on here and shot up dramatically.
Basic rules are basic:
Eat clean and good, lift heavy and gain.
20 lbs within a year is very possible.
If you follow a strict and good workout plan, you can gain upto 1 lb of lean muscle per week.☬Punjabi Crew☬

Yeah man I'm tieing it in with boxing but it should be fine, will be exercising probably about 7 days a week, that's like 4 lifting and 3 cardio (if I'm busy on weekend I might have to miss it, but hopefully get to do all the days).
**** overtraining, I wanna break my PRs on every workout every week, and keep eating. If I gain strength every week and track my bodyweight, I should be able to gain a lb a week hopefully.

Here is for the miscers who used to be fat, and want to see what 20lb of muscle looks like after you diet... Most pictures at the start are between 190-210 and the after pictures are 180ish (upper body) and 215 (back and thigh)
Newer pictures on bodyspace and avi are about 40lb of muscle gain since i started.
