Creatine is one of the few supps I notice a difference from. Only thing is it makes me super thirsty. Just get cheap monohydrate and don't fall for the "you need the waxy maize delivery system" junk. Just take 5gm per day, no need to load etc.

what is your natural/native language - i could not write or speak any

I take creatine and my bro science makes me belive it helps me lift harder and heavier and i also believe the water retention helps my bad back feel better.
it is proven to help with gains. take 5g a day - no need to load and try it for yourself.

i can leave my mistakes for anyine to see - i am ok with that
i am guessing the guy is german but not sure so i am also ok with that
i am also guessing he knows english a lot better then any of us know german and i am ok with that
i still am not sure if he likes creatine or not and i am ok with that too
