Roughly between picture 1 (05 05 2010) and picture 2 (08 26 2010) I started a ketogenic diet. A year before picture 1 I was 380 lbs, at picture 1 I was 296 lbs. The 3rd and 4th pictures were taken yesterday. In October I started a new job and had to give up keto because I was moving and wasn't able to consistently prepare meals for myself, so for December I wasn't on any specific diet or work out routine.
Currently at 238lbs. In 2011, my goal is a 6 pack by beach season. Back on keto!

Well done sir. I'm in the same boat as you pretty much. I was up to 320 lbs a few years ago, did keto for a bit and dropped down to 240, where I've pretty much stayed for the past year, give or take 10 pounds depending on the holiday. Starting keto today as well, trying to get in shape for bikini season

During the summer when I lost the bulk of my weight, I was doing the p90x weight days (like chest and back, or legs and back etc) then instead of doing the p90x cardio I went to the track and did the "couch to 5k/10k" (started out at 5k, then 5 weeks in I saw there was a 10k and switched to week 6 of the 10k).
Its not a rash, its just cysts, I get them really easily, nothing really can do about it unless I want to pay to have them cut out lol.
Sadly my scale is reading a 30% bodyfat, my goal is to try to get it down to 15-20%.
Thanks for the support guys, going on a business trip for a week, you guys inspired me to keep the keto going lol. Just need to look up some stuff, like getting back into keto after a carb up the quickest way.

Man I gotta say im impressed. Last Jan I weighed 320lbs...I dieted (reg dieting non Keto) and got down to 268. It was a huge improvement. I've been on the Keto diet now for 4 weeks with gym and exercise and dropped another 20lbs roughly but have recently gained which i contribute to muscle mass and weight. I like seeing others that share my same weight class go through the transformation...it keeps me motivated. Ill post pics when I get home if I can remember but DEF a remarkable improvement from what I've seen in your pics. Good stuff man.
