    Sizeon Pre-contest or Sizeon

    210lbs looking to get down to 190. Not really on a severe cut or anything, just eating clean and doing cardio 4 times a week. I am doing a 4 day a week weight routine and I am looking to add strength. Would it be a better idea to purchase the pre-contest without the carbs or would I be fine with the regular (Cheaper) Sizeon?

    whether your on a severe cut or not..youre still cutting..so i would opt for the pre contest...but if you lack overall size maybe putting it on with the regular size on first then switching to pre once you have the overall mass you want
