i weigh 108kg, very very little muscle
i want to aim to drop to 80kg in 90 days
basically all i would do is try and eat healthier and run
so...

Breakfast: 3-4 Weetbix
Lunch: 1-2 Peanut Sandwiches
Dinner: Not Important
Fluids: Water as much as i can, Friday/Sat nights though it would most likely be Smirnoff Double Black Premium Vodka
or 2.
(Morning)

Jog for 15km
(Night)

Jog for 15km

I understand you are eating so little because you are not worried about preserving your muscle. Fine, your decision if you dont want muscle. But keep in mind that doing cardio twice a day without much food, PLUS the fact that ur eating only twice a day with almost no protein at all is not gonna help you maintain a healthy metabolism that you need to lose fat.

if your not worried about muscle and dont wanna gain. why bother with 50 pushups and sit ups? i really wouldnt do it that way cause 1) you'll never stick with it, 2) If you do stick with it you'll look awkward and **** also feel like ****.
take a look around here, get bmr, sort diet out and get a gym membership... add some muscle to the frame and you'll look much better but more imporantly feel much bettwer for it.PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY

You'll lose weight but look deformed, though. If that's what you want, then keep at it.
550/385/655, 285 overhead press, 330 push jerk, 250 weighted dip, 190 weighted pull-up, 413.8 max weighted pull-up, 450 front squat, 365 RFESS, 305 x 2 log press, 400 (per arm) farmer's carry, 370 atlas stone, 31 pull-ups at 247.

What look are you going for? to bulk you need to lift hard and eat loads! but to cut you need to lift hard but eat in a defecit, its not a hard thing to work out. Do it your way you'll end up with a ton of flabby skin to where you'll have alot less muscle mass and just look weird.
I think you should read around here alot more and become more edgucated before you make any bad decisions.PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY

You know more muscle actually makes you look leaner as well. I assume you're talking about looks.
With your current plan you'll be losing a lot of muscle mass. Dropping muscle will affect your looks in a way that you'll just keep looking the same, just a lot "smaller". Your diet is also terrible because not only are you taking is so little calories and nutrients that you may possibly die (seriously), but you'll lose any sort of motivation and most likely you'll binge hard sooner or later.
If you want to be serious about losing weight but not gaining muscle follow the losing fat thread. Muscle gain will make you look slimmer as you drop fat. Do it right and you'll follow your plan and in time you'll be where you want to be. You probably won't even gain much muscle on a cut, probably just whats called "newbie gains" around here.
If you want a crash diet just google it, really. There are plenty and any magazine can give you a crash diet to lose weight. But around here you're encouraged to drop fat, and gain muscle. The section has helped many, including me, start into it but I know that it isn't an overnight process. I can't do a night of cardio and expect a 6 pack. You shouldn't either. Look into the stickies and read up. Change your diet and add in exercise accordingly and you'll achieve your goal faster than trying crash diets.

i am fine with that, this is purely about looks
i have no fear of gaining muscle lol it's just that i do not care for it
i am fine with that, i used to play sports and was a low weight but had high body fat, i can live with that, this is PURELY about looks for the first 3 months (108kg-80kg) then after that i probably will join a gym, but it's these first 3 months i want to do the cardio

You don't want or need advice...JUST DON'T EAT!
It really isn't any more complicated than that.
Why did you come on this website?.....bodybuilding.com.... The idea here is that you actually care what you look like.A diet isn't punishment. A diet is a way to reward your body with the wholesome, nutritious food that it needs. Your body composition is a direct reflection of what you put in your mouth.

QFT. lol. yeah, i was thinkin the same thing OP was thinkin. Lose weight. but after seein transformations and reading through, it's clear that if you lose weight and muscle mass at the same time, it looks stupid. If you wanna make the change to lose weight, you might as well put the extra effort to gain muscle. lol.
If you're just trying to lose weight, use the
HOLLYWOOD COOKIE DIET
Works wonders.
Or try the:

Take a look at this guy's pictures. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=130516363
This is what happens when you lose weight the wrong way. Is this the look you are after?
I bet he'd give anything to go back and do it right.A diet isn't punishment. A diet is a way to reward your body with the wholesome, nutritious food that it needs. Your body composition is a direct reflection of what you put in your mouth.

fat and weight are actually two much different things, noone said you'd look like arnie but to see a bigger improvement with PURE FAT LOSS its best you do it this way.
personally, I dunno what the point is in bothering, just trying to be helpful and keep you from making any mistake in our journey to lose the fat 'weight' but nothing seems to be going into that skull of yours. We arent all bodybuilders but people just wanting to get in shape THE RIGHT WAY we are all vain enough to understand that what we do will affect our bodies, do we care? course we do? does it mean we are vain? HELL YEAH but its called taking pride in yourself, In the beginning I had the same mindset as you, I'm still pretty podgy but just lifting and eating right, I'm seeing improvements in life both mentally and psychially.
If you just want to lose weight then look up anorexiawannabe.com and find tips on how you can incoporate finger deep throating into your everyday workout. I struggle to think what your goals and objectives are, I really hope to not see another thread of yours in a year down the line asking us how to bulk cause your skin is hitting your ankles.
you ask for help, we are trying to give help, Ejthomp knows what he is talking about, listen and do it the right way... you'll be thankful for it in the future bro.
EDIT:
Not sure if vain was the right word.PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY

Didn't feel a need to scroll down on that thread did you? You should definitely listen to the people here, otherwise you're just going to end up looking sickly skinny, but hey you don't care anyways. So here's a good routine for you: 1000 calories a day, two sess of cardio 30-45 minutes each. The lbs will fly off, you don't even need to do the push ups or sit ups.

i don't want to be sickly skinny, i just want to drop from 108kg to 80kg in 3 months doing what i have available which is eating right, cardio, set ups/push ups.
i asked which of the two options would be easier to lose weight, once i am down to 80kg then i will think about joining a gym and bulk up a little but for now i just want to lose weight by eating healthy, cardio and sit ups/push ups

You're looking at this entirely the wrong way. I'm in no way an expert and I myself have a **** ton of work to do, but at least, I've learned how to go about doing it. I USED to think the same way as you, do cardio, you will shrink down to nothing. NOT true. You have to think about what's under your fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so even if you actually gain weight while lifting, your fat percentage will most certainly decrease if you're eating on a deficit. I've seen this! Also, I myself have been trying to drop weight so my chest can look lean..well guess what, in order for it to actually start looking better, despite dropping some fat %, I needed to start picking up weights. Once I did, I looked much better and I expect I'll just get better and better looking.
Consistency is key, I myself struggle with consistency but it IS the key in getting where you want to be, which I view as wanting to be "small". I wanted to be "small" for a long time, but I'm learning that it might be best to alter your idea on physique.
How about you post a picture of yourself and then a picture of what you aspire to be.
That can help.
