Hey guys!
Having just come off of winning the 2010 Double T Bodybuilding Challenge -This will be my log for the entire year of 2011. Day in, day out with the support of Double T and their amazing products.
Tomorrow marks the day I begin my workout regimen and diet, although I'm still toying with the specifics.
I'll have everything up and running within the next few days, along with my formal intro, diet, and sample workout splits.
Looking forward to an awesome year!

Well today marked my first day back into training. Decided to do a lean bulk, aiming to hit around 16-18 k/cals per pound of bodyweight, per day. Its going to be in between 2400-3200 depending on how my weight fluctuates, and as of now I'm coming in around 153ish. I'll have the exact weight tomorrow.
As for supplements, I won't be running anything except for Creadyl by Double-T and Xtend by Scivation until the end of the month. (Can't wait for my first order of prize supplements from Double-T. I've always wanted to be sponsored, so this is definitely a dream come true.)

As for the weights, they vary. Trying to shock my body this first week before I start really focusing on sets for mass. I want to weigh in at around 165, possibly 170 at 6-8% body fat come Spring Break, which is in mid March. Going to be a pretty tough ride. I wanted to stop in and say congrats on your victory, bro! As the 2009 winner, I can tell you that the trip to the Olympia will be something you will never forget! Especially if you've never been before (this was my first year going).

Yeah the feeling is slowly sinking in, I am still at the point of "Wow, I did it - now what?". I'm really looking forward to the next year and all the things that come with it! Its going to be a blast.
Man I can't wait! I've never been to a contest live, so starting at the top is definitely going to spoil me!

So today was leg day, well, quads. BUT, not taking supplements for about 3 weeks and then loading up on them pre-workout led to a pretty ****ty feeling.
I lasted 3 exercises before I nearly puked, and then headed to the sauna to sweat it out.

Real Life: Hate my job, can't ever get enough hours for it to be worth a damn + I smell like burritos all day after I work. The bright side? Really clean ingredients for my diet.

Mouse, I'm getting us as close as I can. There is NOTHING within walking distance at this point, but there is a shuttle to the expo and a shuttle to and from the airport.
