    Awesome

Was thinking of doing cereal, subway sandwhiches, pancakes, bagels, and pasta...sound like good choices?

    well that depends...

if you're preparing for a show, ditch the subway...the numbers will not be precise enough. stick to foods you've prepared and weighed yourself.

if you're in the offseason or just leaning up for vanity reasons, you're golden!

their nutrient facts are right for specifically weighed portions, which are never spot on when you order... if you were to take the sandwich back, weigh the ingredients yourself, and then calculate the accurate macro's you could do it, but thats way too much work

The key with a refeed is to keep the fat low, so any carb that isnt mixed with a lot of fat....so the scalloped potatoes are out. But any carb that you like that doesnt mess with your stomach and is easily weighed and calculated (for repeatable results). I would agree with Bwelch....the subway probably isnt the best choice. Just buy your own sub rolls and make your own sandwich where you can be confident in your nutrient totals.

Yeah this Sunday is my refeed (I just took out my midweek evening refeed )

I think it will consist of the following to meet or just go over maintenenace

Fettucini with low/no fat sauce (home made)
    Whole wheat bagels
    Low sugar/fat cereal
    Pop tarts
    FF pringles
    Home made sandwhich

OH and what do you think of these? THey are my frigging favorite for my recent refeeds...LOADS of sugar though
