    Yeah that's pretty much it. I know because I've asked him this more than once lol. All you gotta do is make sure you keep your calories 500 below maintenance to lose 1lb per week, consume your Lean Body Mass weight in grams of protein however you want and workout 3 times a week. That's it

    I did take care of adequate protein intake but other than that, yes

    Of course you can follow the rules eating "clean" (whatever that means), I was fat because I simlpy ate too much.

    You need a certain amount of each essential micro nutrient but getting the required amount does not necessarily have anything to do with eating "clean" (whatever that means). I'm pretty sure I got the required amount.

    That depends on your current weight, your ability to maintain muscle mass in a certain deficit, your willpower to stick to bigger caloric deficits, and most importantly on whether you really are at 12% already.

    Congrats man, I normally use a simple 3 or 2 days split but I have also used full body workouts, volume training, HST, etc. I think every routine is OK as long as it involves all muscle groups and is intense enough.
