Big goals shall be met this year Josh! Good luck with the stim break haha, those are always a bit brutal for the first two or three days if you're a heavy user. Looking forward to seeing you progress in 2013 man

Lets see you kill 2013.
Haha you zip it! Give me til the end of the week to do another weigh-in before exposing my lack of self-control Either way, yes 2013 is going to get nasty...this stim break is just setting me up for PRs mid-year...

STIM-FREE Chest day:
Flat DB Press:
70s x 8
90s x 8
110s x 8 (almost 9)
Incline DB Press:
70s x 8
85s x 8
100s x 6
Sets-o-plenty for Triceps and Calves as well...overall felt like a zombie the entire time and did not enjoy the session really, but hey I kept my strength and mustered up whatever focus I could for each set. Took Ultima preworkout and I actually "felt" the focus and slight energy bump from it so I'm very happy with version 3 so far (much improved taste as well for those who tried v1). Great first lifting session in terms of strength and keeping up with my progress!

I appreciate the kind words bro. You really helped me "up" my training game a couple years ago, getting out of the overtraining mindset and into some high volume workouts!
